DX – the UK-based specialist courier and logistics company – felt that, after several years of growth and multiple acquisitions, its brand had become fragmented, as well as having very little brand recognition outside of certain niches.

We brought consistency and unity to their brand, inside and out, with a fresh new visual identity, supported by an internal launch campaign and guided by a messaging framework, style guide, brand templates, values & vision statements, and a new website look and feel.

We designed a series of internal workshops and training sessions – the ‘Delivered Exactly Programme’ – to turbo-charge service levels and empower every employee to play their part.

The rebrand has completely transformed the way we look and act - and, most importantly, our customers love it.
