We are based in New York City – Manhattan, and our sister company is in London. We are open to remote working but while we will not expect you to attend the office on a daily basis, there will be occasions when it is encouraged.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, Senior brand designer. Someone able to quickly interpret business needs and client briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions.

You will need to be well-versed in the process of brand creation, from conceptual thinking through brand development to technical delivery and brand guidelines. You’ll need to be able to work in a sensibly quick way and turn your creative hand to projects big and small, for all our clients.

You’ll be able to guide more junior team members. You will also be an effective communicator, both internally, to partner agencies, and to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into elegant creative solutions.
  • Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output for your projects.
  • Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients.
  • Lead projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
  • Collaborate and motivate other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks, and bring new ideas.

Requirements

All the requisite skills. You know what they are.

One last thing; you don’t need to have been to university, or been on a fancy course. If you can prove that you’re as good as you say you are, that’s good enough for us.
