Project Manager (New York)

We have been lucky enough to build on our existing relationships, as well as win quite a few new clients, and are looking to bolster our team with Project Manager, initially in a 6 month contract, but with strong possibility of full-time hire.
It’s been so good so far. We’ve gathered a talented team, picked up a surprising number of awards and have been able to count the likes of Microsoft, Samsung, Vodafone, Instagram, Facebook and Centrica amongst our clients.
The purpose of this role is to own project management of client projects from initiation through to delivery. The project manager will be responsible for:
_ Preparing, owning and managing timelines from kick off to delivery with input from account management team lead
_ Managing resourcing for projects with input from account management team lead
_ Help to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of integrated tactics, shepherding processes and project deliverables between client services, strategy, creative, digital throughout the lifecycle of the project
_ Scheduling of all internal project meetings
_ Monitor and communicating status of each project to appropriate agency team members
_ Maintains internal status trackers and internal contact reports within 24 hours of a meeting
_ Bring new ideas and industry best practices recommendations to Director of Client Services to always improve operations and processes

_ 3+ years experience in agency project management
_ Effective planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities `
_ Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
_ Managed multiple client projects (4-6 at any given time across multiple clients) and concurrent tasks and delivered quality results
_ Skills in organization, facilitation, attention to detail, negotiation, great interpersonal skills, and communication in keeping team members updated on status of projects, and scheduling meetings
