Sally Croft

Sally has been Ericsson’s Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Public Affairs for Europe, Russia and Latin America for a year, where she brings her strategic and creative approach to technology marketing and communications. Sally is a passionate and enthusiastic leader of large teams with a competitive nature, great sense of humour and a strong GSD (Get Stuff Done) approach. Before joining Ericsson, Sally has been a senior leader for consumer electronics, telco, and technology brands including Tektronix, Samsung and Vodafone.


Natalie Fuller

Natalie is Head of Customer Experience and Communication at Cashplus, where she has worked for over two years. Natalie is a digital, culture, brand and customer experience strategist with over 10 years’ experience working both agency and client-side, including merchant services provider Paymentsense and Australia’s second-largest 24/7 gym franchise Jetts Australia.


Christina Chan

Christina has been at Vodafone for over a year, where she is Head of Marketing & Communications, and has created a special task force for diversity and inclusion. Christina is an absolute believer in pushing the boundaries for maximum impact. During her career, she has involved herself in many key projects that others would not dare to take on. Relentless in energy and full of ideas to counter any barriers, she has the amazing ability to secure buy-in from multi-level stakeholders and drive massive change in short periods of time. She has worked across both in-house and agency roles, including at BT, EE and Nokia UK. At Vodafone, she has relaunched the MIN strategy and communications platform to drive a new creative identity and content and is always inspiring change and charitable projects at work.


Ali Brushfield

Ali has been working as a conceptual creative for over 25 years, in London, Bristol, and Kent. She spent her first week in an agency creative department aged 16 and trained at the Watford School of Copy. She still loves solving problems with great ideas. Ali is a creative all-rounder. She’s an expert at creating solid, integrated advertising campaigns and crafting compelling copy, as well as directing and developing creative teams. She’s mentored students at the School of Communication Arts and through She Says and also writes and leads bespoke workshops on copywriting and tone of voice. Ali has been Creative Director at Earnest for over two years, where’s she’s been challenged with making the complex simple for our clients. Memorable moments include dancing with a Japanese automated vacuum cleaner and blowing up inflatable objects for a global warehouse business.
