43% and Rising: A podcast about women in marketing

If you’ve watched a few episodes of Mad Men, you’ll have seen marketing offices filled with men who just love to cause a ruckus. Luckily, the world of marketing has come a long way since then.

According to research done by Axxon, 21% of women are more likely to enter the marketing world versus 16% of men. Despite this, the percentage of women in a CMO position still stands at 43%. Whilst this figure still isn’t proportionate to the number of women in the industry, the good news is that the number is slowly rising.

In our podcast 43% and Rising we shine a light on the women in marketing roles that lead teams, departments and companies. In these conversations, we explore the challenges and obstacles, as well as the triumphs, of women who have made it to the top.

Their first-hand experiences and hard-won advice make these essential listening for any in or interested in marketing, as we as anyone striving to achieve more in their industry.
